The State of Kentucky, in cooperation with local government officials and others in Daviess County, has commissioned a study to add more bypass roads around Owensboro.  If you have property on or near one of the proposed routes, you need to pay attention to what is happening.  Some of these routes pass through heavily developed areas, as well as prime farmland.
